Praying for you this day – I AM Brave.
Brave Gratitude
Thank You for who you are God. Thank You for the calling on our lives to know You more closely than we’ve ever known anybody. Thank You for wanting to live out life with us. Thank You for wanting us to know You intimately and personally. Thank You that You already know us and have already grabbed hold of us. Thank You for wanting our own light to go on so we see Your life in us. How amazing that Your goodness, kindness, love, mercy and graciousness and bravery lives inside us.
Father, I release strength and with my strength from deep inside, I release life into every person struggling with emotional, mental or physical issues. I release expectancy and bravery
Have you received this goodness? Say with me – I AM Brave.
I ask for boldness. Let a strong knowing of boldness rise up. Let us see who You are and what You did, so we can live in expectancy. I release a respect to resound within us for ourselves and for humanity because You live inside us.
Father, I ask for action to be taken in areas where we’ve been paralyzed and afraid to fail. I ask for You to show us where we shut down because we are so afraid of mistakes we might make and so afraid of criticism some people will give us when we make those mistakes. Let us move past the fear and rise up in power. Father, I ask You to show us how to be courageous and how to take action anyway. Show us how to have enough respect for ourselves to be active in areas even where people are not for us or disagree with us.
God, I ask for victory — for a victorious way of seeing life. In Your Faithfulness You arrange the heavens so we can truly see that we stand in Your victory. Because You’ve already won the battle, we have won the battle. As Your sons and Your daughters, we stand in the victory that has already taken place. Father, show us how to stand — how to trust again, how to believe again, how to live again … how not to turn back but to truly take on the mantle of victory.
God, I ask for encouragement. I pray we will be encouraged. I ask when we’re feeling down, defeated and shut down we will stop and take courage. I thank You that when we’re going through a cycle we will stop and say, “Wait. I can recalibrate. Stop. I have courage living inside of me. Wait. I have solutions inside of me.” Quicken us to realize how alive we really are as we learn to listen to the courageous One inside us.
God, I ask for Your love to manifest in us for ourselves. Father, that the love of God will become so real that we will be able to see Your love operating in our lives. In the midst of a ship breaking apart, that we can still see Your love operating in our lives because you live inside us. That we will be able to see areas where we can be thankful in the midst of things happening that are unpleasant.
God, I ask You about this whole idea of being brave. Because being brave just means to be like You. We can accomplish whatever You say. May we truly have the hope, expectancy, boldness and confidence to be brave — to be like You, instead of being pigeon-holed or living out manmade labels. We want to truly take on being a brave new us by the power of Your Holy Spirit. As we lean into our greatest Partner Who lives within us — God Almighty — we will lean into the victory that is already ours.
