Salvation, (Sozo, Soteria ) Christ Redemption Part 1 EP 25

Redemption often involves a concept of purchasing something back that has been lost by the payment of a ransom. It can mean a deliverance from some sort of confinement, such as the case with the deliverance of the children of Israel from their bondage to slavery. The Greek word for redeem is exagorazo. This means to buy back. Christ has bought us back from the curse of the law. We are no longer in bondage to it, sold as a slave to the law and its death penalty.
