EP 71 - The Mirror of Simple Souls pt 6

Welcome to "Lets Go Up" where we explore the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven. Join Karitas Townsend and Dean Maerz for part six of this mini-series as they explore the book "The Mirror of Simple Souls" by Marguerite Porete. Marguerite was a French mystic who lived in the 1300's. She wrote a book so profound that she was labeled a heretic and eventually burned at the stake because she would not recant her views on oneness, love, and the heights of ascension a soul can find in the union with the trinity. This episode touches on a series of bold statements in the middle section of the book. You don't want to miss this one!!
