EP 73 - The Mirror of Simple Souls pt 8

Welcome to "Lets Go Up" where we explore the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven. Join Karitas Townsend and Dean Maerz for part eight of this mini-series as they explore the book "The Mirror of Simple Souls" by Marguerite Porete. Marguerite was a French mystic who lived in the 1300's. She wrote a book so profound that she was labeled a heretic and eventually burned at the stake because she would not recant her views on oneness, love, and the heights of ascension a soul can find in the union with the trinity. This episode continues to touch on some of the high notes in the conversations between love, the soul, and reason. You don't want to miss this one!!
