Sound of Heaven TV | Words Week 2: Yada | Pala | Yare EP02
"I am fearfully and wonderfully made." Most of us have seen that verse on a mug or a meme. But the three Hebrew words behind it say far more than we realize.
Yada means known. Not a file on you, but the deepest, most intimate, nothing hidden kind of knowing. God knew you before you were formed in the womb, and He still chooses you.
Pala means wonderful in the way the Red Sea splitting is wonderful. It is the word the Old Testament uses for miracles. And it is the word David uses for how God made you.
Yare is the trembling awe of Isaiah in the temple and Moses at the burning bush. That is the right response to what God did when He created you. So the next time that voice tells you you're not enough, answer it with three words: Yada. Pala. Yare.
